There are three options to use PROFILES Registry:
- You want to use normative data collected within PROFILES Registry. In order to receive this data, researchers are requested to fill out a data request form. This form can be found here: Data request form
- You want to use cancer-related data collected within PROFILES Registry. In order to receive this data, researchers are requested to fill out a data request form from the NCR. This form can be found here: https://iknl.nl/forms/dataapplication
- You want to use PROFILES Registry to collect your own data. In order to collect your own data, researchers are asked to submit a short research proposal. This proposal:
- Can be submitted by email to info@profilesregistry.nl
- Must be written in English
- Is typically between two and five pages long
- Must contain name, address, affiliation and short CV with main publications of the researcher(s)
- Must contain research questions and a scientific motivation
- Must specify the content of the questions
- Must be checked for overlap in topics and questions with the existing PROFILES publications
- Must be specific about methods: requested patient population, number of measurements (where applicable), online and/or paper questionnaires, total study duration, etc.
